My husband and I will be in the Chatt area for St. Patrick's weekend. We are looking for great bars and restaurants. Also fun things to do and see while in the area. We're staying in the DT area. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

If you enjoy the outdoors there are tons of outdoor activities in the Chatt. area Go to outdoorchattanooga.com and you'll find links for mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking.
If you enjoy art or shopping the Bluff View art district is a great place to hang out, then cross the walking bridge to the Northshore area with more art and shopping. The TN aquarium is one of the best in the country.
A fun bar/restaurant is the Terminal, a pizza place and microbrewery close to the Chattanooga Choo Choo. A more upscale bar that has music most weekends is The Social, located in the Public House restaurant.(which has great food also!)(Located in Warehouse Row).
Have fun!
Thanks Laura!!
Things to do Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls are fun and nice. I would check out the boat rides on the river and go downtown and over to the walking bridge for shopping etc. There is alot of great restaurants in the area. Have fun and be safe
