EVOO in Cannon Beach?

My husband and I are looking for a place to have dinner in Cannon Beach in October. The reviews of EVOO make it sound like "the" place to go. Has anyone been there to experience their dinner shows? Is this a good place to have dinner or is there somewhere else we should consider?
