Has anyone stayed at Timber Cove Inn

Has anyone stayed at Timber Cove Inn in Jenner, California lately? We have stayed there and loved it but it was some time ago. I Have seen on Fodors some mixed reviews but nothing recent, before we book it just would like to know.

ummm, they are updating some rooms. Other rooms still have funky '70's themes and some have stairs to a loft bed.
Food iffy and there is only one other restaurant close by at Ocean Cove and they are not always open. Food pricey too.
