Has anyone heard of Hotel 140 in the Back Bay area of Boston? I heard it's brand new but I was wondering if anyone had any opinions. Thanks!

Yes, Hotel 140 is a boutique hotel located at the center of Back Bay, easily access to subway stations (Back Bay & Copley) with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Here's the url: http://www.hotel140.com
It's been open at least 4 or 5 years. It's in a renovated former "Y." It is a well-located budget option, but I haven't stayed there, so check the reviews.
If I am correct, it is the former YWCA in which generations of young women lived while going to Katie Gibbs and doing other things that young women did in the 1950's and 60's.
The location is fantastic, but I would check room size if that is an issue.
