Take bus and subway to hotel (Distrikt Hotel in west Midtown)
Leave bags
Lunch at 2 bros pizza
Take semi tour Circle Line cruise at 1:30 (or 3 if running late) for 1.5 hours
Check into hotel and get ready
Dinner (any recommendations?)
Avenue Q at New World Theatre
Saturday:
Morning:
Option 1- subway to Brooklyn and walk the Brooklyn Bridge
Option 2- subway to Chealsea market and walk the Highline back
*would love to do both, if we get up early enough!
Get lunch to bring to hotel
Subway to Yankee Stadium for game at 1:05 PM
Pizza or burger for supper
Top of the Rock just before sunset
Rooftop bar if energy ![]()
Sunday:
Shopping in morning, would love to buy painting as wel as get some funky souvenirs (any recommendations?)
Century 21 near Central Park and Hells Flea Market?
Check out of hotel (we are just bringing backpacks with us)
Subway to Central Park, get lunch at deli
Relax and take it in
Metro to airport for 5:30PM flight
Thoughts? One thing worth mentioning is that I need to be able to return to our hotel daily around 11 and 4, as I need to pump breastmilk for my wee one at home

Your itinerary sounds like a good one
Century 21 has 2 stores in Manhattan:
- 22 Cortlandt Street (across from the WTC site) (4 & 5 train to Fulton Street, R train to Cortlandt Street or E train to World Trade Center). This is nowhere near the Hells Kitchen Flea Market (9th Av & 40th Street).
- Broadway & 67th Street (1 train to 66th St-Lincoln Center) - This is several long blocks from Central Park.
For paintings I would suggest Union Square West between 14th St & 16th St as well as Washington Square Park - 5th Av & West 4th Street.
Wow... looks like a fun weekend! I assume you already have tix for the Yankee game? After the game, I doubt you'll be back in the hotel by 4 as subways get really crowded by fans. You may need to leave in the 6th or 7th inning. And, you will probably only have time for one of your walks on Sat, so I'd recommend the Brooklyn Bridge as it offers much better views than the highline. Go Yanks!
