Planning a day in the lancaster county area tomorrow. Looking for recommendations as to where to go. Looking for artwork, pottery and some end tables. I like shaker style...simple country, as opposed to americana type country. Any suugestions?

simple country like some Asian countries:China Japan Malasiya...but what's the shaker style like?
Lancaster isn't really "shaker". And are you looking for reproductions or spending big bucks. Actually Lancaster is the epicenter of your "americana type country", and authentic as all get out for beautiful American furniture.
You might enjoy going to the York Historical Society sales place--great architectural artifacts.
thanks for your explaination of the word "shaker" Gretchen, you know I'm not an American guy,do not familiar with the American culture, but I'm trying to get it.really thanks.
