Looking for Boat Cruise in Traverse City

Looking for an adult boat cruise in Traverse City that is not a "booze cruise" party boat.
Husband loves speed - I'd be happy with sail.
Does anyone have an opinion about the Tall Ship cruise?
Any recommendations..beside the Nauti-Cat? That was all I could find.
