Meeting points along Bear Tooth Hwy

We are going to be driving from Billings to YSNP through the Beartooth Highway. A friend will be driving from YSNP to meet us along the way.

Are there good meeting points along the way? For example, are there coffee shops or restaurants in some town where we can meet. Are we likely to have cell phone signal (AT&T or Tmobile) so that we can coordinate?
