NY to Nazareth, PA

We will be making a trip from Westchester County, NY to Nazareth, PA in late March. We are going to see the DC Martin Guitar factory. Does anyone have suggestions of other things to see/do along the way, places to eat...a good pub always works...etc? If so, would love to hear your ideas. Thanks!
