It may be a little early - but are there any dress shops in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Nashville or Chicago we might want to visit for some prom dress shopping? Specifically - someplace where we could find a gem for under $200?

This used to be called the Recycled Bride. Try this :

LuLu's at the Belle Kay for vintage.
My daughter and a couple of her friends got their dresses at Goodwill.
For brand new dresses, we used to find amazing deals at Dillard's (in Denver). Good $300 brand formal full-length dresses for half price, or less. Do you have Dillard's? (I forget the parent company.) Prices probably don't drop this early, though.
http://www.idreamproms.co.uk is a great site for prom dresses,I have bought one from it,the dress is cool,i like the style very much
I'd not buy a prom dress on-line. You have to try them on. They look much different on the girl than on the hanger.
A friend recently ordered a dress from one of those sites, and it was really cheaply made. She hadn't noticed the website does not accept returns, so she was out the money and didn't use the dress.
