Restaurant suggestions in Scottsdale area?

I posted a couple of weeks ago, asking for suggestions for what I could do during the day while my husband is attending a conference - thanks for the wonderful ideas!

I forgot to ask for some restaurant suggestions for my husband and me, because he is free from 4:30 on each evening! What are some of your favorite places to eat in the Scottsdale area?
