Savannah, Georgia 2 week/ monthly rentals

We would like to spend maybe a month in winter in Savannah. preferably 2 beds.

What are the boundaries of streets for the general historic area and options for a
place to stay - condo or bnb that would not cost more than $2,000 in Jan. or Feb.?
