Trinity Rail Express goes from Union Station in Dallas to Fort Worth but you'd need a bus or taxi for the FW Stockyards or Cultural District.
DART rail doesn't go from city to city.
This isn't public transport world, cars are usually THE best and potentially the only way to navigate without tremendous hassle.
Fyi,the TRE does not run on Sunday.
Molly the Trolly will take you around downtown Ft Worth

The T is the Fort Worth bus system. I'm sure there is a bus to take you to the Stock Yards.
