Alfi Bey Restaurant & Grill Review
A mainstay of the old theater district since 1938, this restaurant, with its wood-paneled dining room, white tablecloths, and marble floors, is a step above the standard local eatery. Slow-cooked mutton and beef stews served with rice predominate, though the ribs (sold by the kilo) and grilled meats are especially good. No alcohol is served.
