• the hotel offers the occasional homey touch, such as the apples in the giant glass vase that are available at check-in
• no-smoking rooms

Cons

• this is a big hotel and won't suit those who want a more personalized experience
• three restaurants doesn't seem like much of a choice for such a large hotel
• although all the rooms technically have Nile views, only the rooms in the front of the building on the high floors live up to the billing
