Inbar Review
At the entrance to Arad, the five-story Inbar is unmissable because of its facade of white stone with orange trim. The upstairs lobby is inviting with its blue and yellow ceiling lamps; there's a sculpted-metal divider with birds on it at the entrance to the dining room, which overlooks the street. Rooms are petite, done in beige and olive.
