Philadelphia

Philadelphia Review

Just outside the Old City's Damascus Gate sits the curiously named Philadelphia, where the traditional fare includes local favorites such as lamb or chicken on a bed of rice, St. Peter's fish or red snapper, and stuffed vegetables. Having been around for more than a quarter century, the place knows how to make you feel very comfortable in the Ottoman-style domed dining rooms.
