One of Nazareth's newest restaurants, Zan has a limited but interesting menu, and is known for its grilled lamb kebab covered with Arabic shrak bread. Also recommended is the shrimp in garlic and lemon sauce. The pleasant indoor seating area is adorned with a mural of Nazareth's Old City, but the walled garden, surrounded by pomegranate trees and grapevines, is the most atmospheric spot.
