Israel is two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. Normally, New York and Montréal are seven hours behind; California is 10 behind. From late March until early September, Israel operates on Daylight Saving Time. When the Daylight Saving Times do not match, the time difference is reduced by one hour.
