Pausa-Gourmet Galilee Inn Review

Leaders in Israel's Slow Food movement own this beautiful boutique hotel, and their minimalist taste is reflected in the lovely and warm setting. The carefully landscaped and tranquil grounds include a boccie court, herb and vegetable gardens, and orchards that produce the ingredients used in the inn's kitchen. Meals are served family style; the Spanish, Japanese, and Israeli food is served at a massive wooden table.
