Fodor's Review:
For sheer comfort and service, this brightly decorated glass-and-stucco structure is unsurpassed among the Ville Nouvelle's hotels. With ultramodern rooms worthy of any first-rate American hotel chain, the Jnan Palace seems to have little in common with the city around it, but the tranquillity around the pool and the quietly cosmopolitan bar, café, and atmosphere can provide welcome relief from Fez el Bali's wildness. The hotel nightclub, Le Phoebus, is a fixed point in the Fez night scene, while the piano bar, Birdy, is usually a soothing place to spend time. The restaurants -- Italian, Moroccan, and international -- are all among the Ville Nouvelle's best.
