Sofitel Palais Jamaï Review

With an unbeatable location above the medina, plenty of creature comforts, and a gorgeous pool, the family-friendly Palais Jamaï remains a popular choice. Built in the late 19th century, some of the hotel rooms are dated, but this is compensated by tranquil views over the medina or gardens. You can enjoy a well-prepared international meal on the spacious outdoor terrace, lounge with drink in hand in the lobby jazz bar, or treat yourself to a hammam with deep-tissue massage in the full-service spa. The price for all this runs on the high end.

    Sofitel Palais Jamaï Review

    It's an older hotel,a converted palace built by a government official at the start of the 20th century, right on the edge of the medina (original old city). It's in top condition, service is correct and pleasant, , and the amenities and room furnishings were updated, lovely, almost regal. Service could not have been more accommodating.
