Hôtel Menzeh Zalagh Review
Built in 1942, the Hotel Zalagh, near the Andalusian gardens, was one of the original hotels par excellence in Fez. After a more contemporary renovation, it is now somewhat stuck in 1980s styling but offers two pools, one specifically for children, and a verdant setting. Guest rooms vary from cedar-carved upper-floor suites with balconies to somewhat undistinguished singles and doubles on the Ville Nouvelle side. The staff is friendly, but don't count on exceptional service.
