Up on the 10th has as its initial draw the view from this 10th-floor bar, but the cool jazz music gives a reason to stay beyond the first drink. This is a classic grown-up space where gimmicks are eschewed for the simple elegance of a Manhattan loft and melodic piano tones or the resonance of plucked double bass strings.
