Brocade Research Institute Review
The lavish embroidered robes once worn by the emperors were traditionally produced in Nanjing, and the Brocade Research Institute has a fascinating museum and workshop where the brocades are still produced using massive traditional looms. Their gift shop sells beautiful examples of traditional brocade.
