Fodor's Review:
A first-floor noodle bar is surrounded by stools, where several dough masters are working in a flurry, snipping, shaving, and pulling dough into noodles. The stainless-steel stairway leads to a second dining space, this one spacious, with high ceilings. The black-and-white color scheme plays backdrop to a trendy, preclubbing crowd. Do as they do and order yummy fried "cat ears," which are actually small nips of dough, boiled and then topped with meat, scrambled eggs, and shredded cabbage.
