Fodor's Review:
CITIC City Plaza offers upscale shopping for the time-conscious business traveler. Shops include Japanese department stores Seibu and Jusco, Louis Vuitton, Polo, and Tommy Hilfiger. There's also a food court on the lower level that's not a bad place to take a break over some coffee or a bowl of noodle soup.
