Fringe Club Review
The arts-minded mingle in this historic redbrick building that also houses the members-only Foreign Correspondents' Club, next door. The Fringe is the headquarters for Hong Kong's alternative arts scene, and stages regular live music events at the recently opened Cabaret Theater. The outdoor roof bar or Fotogalerie, with its potted plants and fairy lights, is laid-back and serves reasonably priced drinks.
