Fodor's Review:
Lobster and raw fish are the draw at this sleek, trendy flagship of the JW Marriott Hotel. Slide up to the sushi bar and leave your fate in the hands of the virtuoso sushi chef, who serves up pricey but artistic plates of sushi and sashimi made with incredibly fresh fish. At the restaurant itself, the JW's Taster Plate introduces the appetizers, and then there's the lobster. You might also try salmon with artichokes and chorizo, spring lamb done "three ways" (cutlet, confit, and liver), and finish with the Napa Valley dessert sampler of chocolate Napoleon, peanut butter mousse, and a raspberry tart.
