Fodor's Review:
In the increasingly developed eastern harbor-front area, this hotel is well located for business travelers who are working around Quarry Bay, but it's somewhat out of the way for vacationers. The prices might also be attractive to the budget-minded who want to stay on the Hong Kong side. Many rooms have harbor views, compensating for their small size, and have a full range of functional amenities. But don't expect plush linens or high-end service; this is bare-bones.
