In addition to having the same name as the W.W. Chan women's division, this Irene Fashions promises much of the same guidance and workmanship. But don't confuse this popular Central tailoress with her Kowloon-side counterpart; the two are not related. Slightly more well known, this tailor attracts many expatriate women in search of everything from suits to evening wear. Service in the cluttered atmosphere may be brusque, but it's only because they know what they're talking about.
