Fodor's Review:
If you can stomach the scene at this top of the scenesters, an evening at Dragon-I can be a memorable experience. The hip, "orientalist" interior is a window into the world of Hong Kong's Beautiful People. A velvet rope shows up at some point each evening, and the models all put in an appearance on Wednesday nights (and along follows everyone else). Happily, the Japanese fusion food and sushi generally keeps up -- just don't come with lofty expectations, and be prepared to spend a lot for small portions. Dim sum lunch on the terrace (an exception to the general Japanese culinary theme) is a lower-impact way to go.
