Fodor's Review:
If you can find the semi-hidden door to this restaurant speakeasy, one of Hong Kong's famed private kitchens, the rewards will be great indeed. It will begin with a 14-course meal that will take you on a spicy tour of the Sichuan province, and end with live Chinese opera, courtesy of the chef. The menu varies day to day -- it's whatever the chef feels like preparing -- so leave your food phobias and quirks at the door, especially if those phobias include a burning mouth: this is some of the spiciest food in town.
