Liberty Exchange Kitchen & Bar
Liberty Exchange Kitchen & Bar Review
This two-level restaurant and bar fuses comfort food with fine-dining execution and finesse. It's unabashedly casual, from the stylish young waitstaff decked out in clean white shirts and skinny black ties to the menu dotted with refined yet hearty comfort dishes such as baked mac n' cheese and buttermilk fried chicken served with cornbread. The team behind Liberty Exchange also runs a reservations-only kitchen near Lan Kwai Fong called Liberty Private Works, which offers a more personal (and more expensive) fine-dining experience.
