The Drawing Room Review
Within the stylish JIA boutique hotel, the Drawing Room serves contemporary Italian fare in a slick, artfully decorated space. The menu is tweaked on a regular basis depending on the freshest ingredients and the kitchen team's creative culinary whims. Several popular signatures are almost always available though, such as the panfried quail and foie gras, and the inspired trio of Wagyu short rib, beef tenderloin, and ox tongue. Two different tasting menu options are offered every night, but the dishes are also available à la carte. This is a dining hot spot, so reservations are a definite must.
