This quiet wine bar in a bright pink building with pine-green shutters is just steps away from the ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral. The two English expats who manage the place have put together a wine list of more than 430 Portuguese varieties, as well as British cheese plates, charcuterie boards, homemade hummus, and memorable sourdough bread.
