Taiwanese expatriates pack the bright, sunlit dining room of Bellagio for an authentic taste of home. Red fabric-covered chairs and black streamlined tables contrast the white walls and decorative moldings. Waiters, chic in black sweaters, move efficiently between the closely spaced tables. The menu includes such traditional entrées as three-cup chicken as well as 25 noodle dishes spanning all of Southeast Asia. Save room for dessert: shaved-ice snacks are obligatory Taiwanese treats and come in 14 varieties.

The food is very good if you don't feel eating chicken with bone is annoying. The atmosphere is very good at lunch. If you don't mind cigarette smoke around when crowded at dinner, it's also very good as well. The service is very good coz all waitresses try to do their best to serve everyone. The value, again, very good too.

From beginning to end, every dish is served with precise consistently. Every ingredient is fresh and top quality. Try the fresh steamed vegetables. There are two greens there that are not served outside of china. Ask to see the raw product.
All desserts are delectable as well.
