Fodor's Review:
Barbarossa, in a custom-built casbah in People's Park is a romantic place to view the sunset during its happy hour from 5-8 PM. There is a choice of seating options from a terrace overlooking the water to a small rooftop where you can gaze at the sky. We would say gaze at the stars, but after all, this is Shanghai.
