Zam Zam Review
This smart Uyghur eatery looks as though it should be very pricey, but the excellent food is the best bargain in town. The ornate room is outfitted with carved wood and Arabic-style arches, and the smartly uniformed staff add to the atmosphere. Few waiters speak Mandarin, let alone English, but there is a picture menu: try the pilaf or the lamb dumplings. No alcohol is served.
