Built in the 1970s, this Western-style high-rise has a spacious lobby, executive floors for business travelers, and rooms uniformly decorated with standard contemporary furniture, floral wall-to-wall carpeting, and green-accented fabrics. The best standard rooms have limited views of the beach; only deluxe rooms face the sea directly.
