Platters overflow with power food for adventurers—juicy hamburgers and generous salads, followed by home-baked cakes smothered in cream. A spacious laid-back restaurant on the second floor of the Niseko Adventure Center, it's all soaring beams and big windows overlooking Yotei-san, and is busy all day with adventure guides and their nervous or elated customers. It's on the right, off the main road arriving in Hirafu village from Kutchan.
