Close to Exit 5 of the Fushimi subway station, toward the Hilton hotel, is this popular English-style pub that has Guinness (¥1,000 per pint) on tap, dartboards, and live soccer on the TV. The food, including fish-and-chips, is okay, too. Happy hour is from 5:30 to 7.
