In a perfect world, all school and office canteens would be a bit more like this. For ¥2,300 (¥1,800 at lunchtime) you get all you can eat from a generously stocked buffet of healthy vegetable, fish, and meat dishes, plus drinks and dessert, all made from locally sourced produce. It is on the seventh floor of the La Chic mall in Sakae.
