Amitie

Amitie Review

The alleys and side streets east off Okaido offer an endless number of great dinner spots, but for lunch this is our favorite. Cuisine and presentation are excellent without being snooty, the interior is funky without being crass or grimy. Sit upstairs and strike up conversation with your neighbors; the convivial hosts and softly worn wooden interior engender affability. Amitie is outside Bijutsukan-mae tram stop, across the moat from the art museum.
