Hida Plaza Hotel Review

This is the best international-style hotel in town. Traditional Hida ambience permeates the old wing, and beautiful wood accents the hotel's tastefully decorated restaurants. Tatami rooms are simple and elegant, and the large Western rooms have sofas. All rooms have wide-screen TVs, and many have views of the mountains. The newer wing is not as attractive, but its rooms are larger. Luxury appears in the form of Japanese-style mineral baths crafted of fragrant cypress wood. From the station, head north; the hotel is on the right.
