Would you believe that people come here from all over Honshu solely for a cup of soup? Whether you scoff or not, the totally organic "miracle" apples that farmer Kimura Akinori raises and the dishes chef Yamazaki prepares using those apples keep attracting customers. So try the famous cold apple soup topped with crusted baked apple skins; it's got a very smooth and natural taste. In addition to apple dishes, the restaurant offers prix-fixe menus that include an hors d'oeuvre, soup, fish or meat, dessert, and coffee. Menus vary, but you can always count on carefully chosen fresh ingredients cooked and presented in elegant styles.
