Roots and Leaves

Roots and Leaves Review

Near the Amantaka in a charming garden setting with outdoor tables set next to a lotus pond and surrounded by jackfruit and tamarind trees, Roots and Leaves offers inexpensive traditional Lao fare and selected Thai specialties. Try the buffalo stew or frogs' leg salad if you're adventuresome, or just stick with the usual favorites like green curry or grilled pork. The restaurant also has a free dinner performance with traditional Lao dance and music with a multicourse set menu, and also offers cooking classes during the day.
