Fodor's Review:
Two more Skytrain stops beyond Chidlom is the Emporium. It's glitzy, but often has sales. There's a little area on the sixth floor full of beautiful Thai silks, incense, and glassware, which are all reasonably priced.

one stop shopping for any and everything

and its sooo easy. be sure and ask about per cent off offers for visitors...every bit helps when you want to shop till you drop. then have tea at mandarin oriental teashop on entry level, and refreshed, go for more goodies.
