Fodor's Review:
The Metropolitan Hotel's new restaurant has become the trendy toast of the town, with pricey cuisine complementing an ultramodern look that draws in the see-and-be-seen crowd. Luckily, the food is up to the task. Whether you choose to sit out by the pool or in the minimalist dining room, you'll enjoy such creations as roast Australian crayfish with fried garlic, chili, and marjoram or ricotta, lemon, and mint tortellini with seared tiger prawns. Don't miss having a drink at the hotel's beautiful bar while you're there.
