Fodor's Review:

The fashionable and famous (including celebrities like Mick Jagger) just adore perching like seagulls over the swimming pool at the south end of Australia's most famous beach. The bar is a scene unto itself, with a tasty menu of bar snacks like polenta chips and oysters, and killer cocktails like the Icebergs T – a proprietary mix of vodka, Nocello, crushed mint, and chilled black tea. Once you move into the restaurant and situate yourself on a low-back suede seat, check your reflection in the frosted glass and prepare to indulge in sophisticated Italian creations like Livornese-style fish stew and grilled quail with grape salad.
